Hannah will guide you through a brief meditation focused on growth and cultivating the creativity that is deep within.

Creativity is human and it is in all of us, whether we consciously accept it or not. In modern society we feel we need permission from some authority to let us be creative for the sake of it. I am here to give you that permission.  This session is for holding a space for people to tap into their inner creativity and allow them to bring it to life without judgment, safe space to create. Creativity is Something that is in all of us.
